"I have been honored to serve this community for the past twenty-four years in public service.  If elected, I would be honored to continue to serve our county as Justice of the Peace.  I will work hard every day to protect the victim and the accused in every case that may come before the Court.  This is OUR county and OUR Court.  I hope that I can earn your vote in November so I can continue to serve the great people of our county.  Join me and my campaign, knowing that I will work every day to keep our community safe and protect the rights of our people. "

 LIST OF ISSUES

U.S. and Nevada Constitution
I have always loved and respected the law and the U.S. Constitution.  The Justice of the Peace deals with  constitutional rights every single day.  I am a strong believer in protecting the citizen's constitutional rights. Specifically, the second amendment right to keep and bear arms and the fourth amendment right against unlawful search and seizure.  I will, if elected, uphold the citizen's right to due process as defined by the fifth amendment.  The Justice of the Peace must also protect the eight amendment right to ensure that no excessive fines be imposed nor cruel and unusual punishments be inflicted.  I will faithfully execute my duties as Justice of the Peace and will always follow the laws of Nevada and the Constitution.
Conservative
I believe it is imperative that our elected officials be judicious with the tax payers' money, therefore, when faced with budgetary issues, I will take into consideration the benefits to the tax payers versus the cost to them.  I will, as mentioned above, be conservative in protecting the constitutional rights of all parties involved.  I will work with community members and other branches of local government in my responsibilities while respecting the Judicial Cannons and the requirements of the Judicial Branch of our Government.  I will hold the court to the highest standards and uphold the rules of law.

Fair

If elected as your Justice of the Peace, I will apply the law fairly and impartially. I will act in a manner that promotes the public's confidence in the integrity of the Court.  I will hear each case individually with the facts presented before me without bias or prejudice which includes, but is not limited to a person's race, sex, gender, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, age, sexual orientaion, marital or socioeconomic statuses.
